Experience a weekend of profound insights and healing geared towards moving us more solidly into the 6th dimension--a vibration of love and unity. Many of you have found your community through the last two retreats and continue to connect on a very regular basis. We are looking to extend our beautiful community to more like minded friends! Participate in ceremony, listen to inspirational speakers, experience life changing healing techniques, and enjoy healthy, delicious meals.
Maureen Higgins leads the retreat and will talk about elevating personal and collective consciousness. She will also lead the group through many powerful healing processes to help with this endeavor.
Nimi Singh, M.D. will be our guest speaker. Dr. Singh is Director of Adolescent Health at the University of Minnesota and recently won doctor of the year for her devotion and expertise to the young patients she serves and loves. She is also a functional medicine doctor devoted to maintaining optimal health. She will speak to us about the biology of belief and how our spiritual life directly affects our mental and physical health.
Nielle Arnold will be leading us through powerful, expansive ceremonies using drum, chants, song, and movement. Nielle is owner of the business "CeremonI" where she offers inspirational heart-healing group and private yoga classes, personal one-on-one & couples coaching, customized empowerment experiences, workplace workshops, motivational speaking, professional team-building/revenue building consultations and ceremonies for any occasion. Catherine Liska is passionate about exploring the Wisdom of our "Natural Body" (the perfect function and structure of the physical body and subtle energy field) as a gateway to authentic healing and conscious evolution. As a Kundalini Yoga instructor, Yoga Meets Dance teacher and Global Somatics Practitioner in the Twin Cities area, Catherine shares her caring enthusiasm for embodied awareness with others. Luci Daum will be back with us again with her life changing Kundalina Yoga. Many of you requested she teach her special class again.
The retreat will be held at Dunrovin Retreat Center at Marine on the St. Croix. Enjoy their beautiful grounds for hiking and exploring nature.
Date and Time: Friday, September 9, registration begins at 5:00 p.m. followed by a light dinner buffet and 7:00 program. Weekend concludes on Sunday, September 11 at 12:00 noon.
Cost: $485. A $200 non-refundable deposit will be collected.
