Parking and Getting into the Building: Wings of Freedom is in the Chicos, Shoester, Starbucks, CVS building. Street parking is for only one hour in front of the building unless it is after 6 p.m. You can park in the block after Oxford on Grand or any of the side streets.  You may also park in the free underground parking ramp.  To get to the ramp, take Grand to Oxford (one block east of Lexington) and go south (CVS is on the corner).  Once on Oxford, the immediate second right is the parking ramp.  As you near the entrance, the doors automatically open.  Park anywhere in the ramp (the numbered stalls have no parking significance).  Look for the door with the CVS, Starbucks,Shoester Chicos sign next to it (the other door takes you outside; the signed door takes you into the lobby).  Take the one floor up using the stairs or elevator.  Once in the lobby, you'll see the security phone on the wall.  Pick up the receiver and use the arrow buttons to scroll for "Higgins, M."  Push the call button once the arrow is on the name.  It will ring up to the office and further instructions will be given to get you into the office.
